Q – Is there a beverage package policy?
A – Yes! As Love and Harmony 2019 will be an ALL INCLUSIVE cruise, prior to April 1st, all travelers are REQUIRED to purchase one of the following drink packages on the Celebrity Cruise Line website using their assigned reservation id:
- Premium Alcohol Package – $65.15 per person / per day
- Classic Liquor Package – $51.92 per person / per day
- Classic Non-alcoholic Drink Packaage – $19.96 per person / per day
- These prices include gratuity

Q – What Information is needed to book my cruise?
- Travelers legal first and last name (Shown on their Passport)
- Country of citizenship
- Valid email address for each traveler
- Valid phone number for each traveler
- Date of birth for each traveler
- Credit/Debit card information in addition to the billing address
(Passport number is not required the moment of booking)
Q – Are there any prohibited items?

Q – What types of Payment Methods are accepted?
A – Booking a cabin requires either a debit or credit card. We do not accept American Express.
Q – Is there a Payment Plan offered?
A – Yes, there is a payment plan. When booking it is required to pay the minimum deposit per person (deposit varies on the type of cabin and amount of guests in the cabin). Monthly payment amounts will be determined according to the amount of months from the moment of booking and the deadline payment date. (All monies paid are non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance)

Q – When should I plan to arrive and depart from Fort Lauderdale?
A – Departure: Saturday 4:00 pm (April 13th, 2019) – Arrive as early as 10 am but no later than 2pm.
Arrival: Thursday 7am (April 18th, 2019) – Expect to be off the ship latest by 10am.
Q – What is your cancellation policy?
A- All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Q – How do I make changes to my reservation?
A – Call us at 1-800-225-8757. Please note, there is a $100 name change fee.
Q – Is Travel Insurance Needed?
A – Travel insurance is not required but it is recommended in case of an emergency.
Q – How do I request my cabin to be close to my group?
A – When booking we suggest you call us at 1-800-225-8757 for us to place you in a cabin as close as possible to your group.
Q – Will Love and Harmony find me a roommate to board with?
A – If you are a single traveler looking for a roommate, we can find you a roommate depending on availability. Accepting a roommate on the Love and Harmony Cruise is at your own risk and requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to pair you.
Q – Is there an age requirement?
A – Minimum 6 months old

Q – Do I need a passport to be on this cruise?
A – U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport OR government issued ID and U.S. Birth Certificate.
U.S. Residents: Must provide valid passport and green card.
Non U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport and travel visa.
Q – How do I get my boarding pass?
A – After paying the full balance, shortly after Love and Harmony will send an email that will provide additional information including your check in process to obtain your boarding pass.
Q – How Do I Check in?
A – Check in must be completed on the Celebrity Cruise Line website. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time.
Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 2 hours prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.
Q – How do I check my bags at the port?
A – Once you arrive at the port, you must drop off your luggage with the Porters who will tag them according to your cabin number. Then, you must go through security and check-in. There will be a designated counter for travelers to properly check-in.
Q – Can I upgrade or downgrade my cabin?
A – Upgrades are granted on a per reservation basis, if there is room availability. Downgrades are not permitted.
Q – What should I pack?
A – Swimwear, casual day clothes, jacket or sweater, and if you prefer to participate in the theme nights, be sure to pack accordingly (pajama party attire, all white outfit, and a formal captain’s ball outfit.

A – Using your reservation id, you’ll be able to go onto https://www.celebritycruises.com/ to purchase your internet package or go on board to the internet café.
