What Information is needed to book my cruise?

  • Travelers legal first and last name (Shown on their Passport)
  • Country of citizenship
  • Valid email address for each traveler
  • Valid phone number for each traveler
  • Date of birth for each traveler
  • Credit/Debit card information in addition to the billing address

(Passport number is not required the moment of booking)

What types of Payment Methods are accepted?

Visa and Mastercard only, Amex not accepted.

Where can I learn more about the Celebrity Infinity?

When should I plan to arrive and depart from Miami?

Departure: Monday 4:00 pm (April 6th, 2020) – Boarding between 10am to 2pm.
Arrival: Saturday 7:00 am (April 11th, 2020) – Expect to be off the ship latest by 10am.

How do I make changes to my reservation?

Call us at 1-800-225-8757. Please note, there is a $100 name change fee.

How do I request my cabin to be close to my group?

When booking we suggest you call us at 1-800-225-8757 for us to place you in a cabin as close as possible to your group.

Is there an age requirement?

Minimum 6 months old

Do I need a passport to be on this cruise?

U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport OR government issued ID and U.S. Birth Certificate.
U.S. Residents: Must provide valid passport and green card.
Non U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport and travel visa.

How do I check my bags at the port?

Once you arrive at the port, you must drop off your luggage with the Porters who will tag them according to your cabin number. Then, you must go through security and check-in. There will be a designated counter for travelers to properly check-in.

What should I pack?

Swimwear, casual day clothes, jacket or sweater, and if you prefer to participate in the theme nights, be sure to pack accordingly. Closer to the sailing date, keep an eye out for the Itineraries tab for this year’s specific themes nights!

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Is Travel Insurance Needed?

Travel insurance is not required but it is recommended in case of an emergency.

Will Love and Harmony find me a roommate to board with?

If you are a single traveler looking for a roommate, it is recommended to join   our Single Travelers Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/LoveAndHarmonyCruiseSingleTravelers/about/. This is usually the quickest way to paid up with someone. We can also  find you a roommate depending on availability. Accepting a roommate on the Love and Harmony Cruise is at your own risk and requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to pair you.  Email: loveandharmonycruise@gmail.com with the subject “Single Traveler” if you wish to be paired with a roommate.

How do I get my boarding pass?

Once your full payment has been made, Love and Harmony will send an email that will provide additional information including your check in process to obtain your boarding pass. This usually takes place closer to the sailing date. You  can also find your Ship Reservation ID   by logging on to your account through our website: https://booking.loveandharmonycruise.com/login see the Details page.

If you have any problems finding your Ship Reservation ID, you may contact Love and Harmony Cruise support to provide it for you.

How Do I Check in?

Check in must be completed on the Celebrity Cruise Line website. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time.

Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 2 hours prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail

Can I upgrade or downgrade my cabin?

Upgrades are granted on a per reservation basis if there is room availability. Downgrades are not permitted.

How do I purchase internet prior to or day of sailing?

Using your reservation id, you’ll be able to go onto https://www.celebritycruises.com/ to purchase your internet package or go on board to the internet café.
