What is included in the package?

How do I make a reservation?

To book a Love and Harmony Cruise cabin please log on to our booking page here https://booking.loveandharmonycruise.com. If you need any assistance, you can email Info@loveandharmonycruise.com, or call us at 1-800-225-8757 during our regular office hours Mondays-Fridays 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.

 

What Information is needed to book my cruise?

When registering the following traveler information should be available: 

  • Legal first and last name. As shown on Passport and/or Travel documents. 
  • Country of citizenship
  • Valid email address 
  • Valid phone number 
  • Date of birth 
  • Credit/Debit card information in addition to the billing address

(Passport number is not required the moment of booking)

What Travel Documents do I need to sail?

U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport OR government issued ID and U.S. Birth Certificate.

U.S. Residents: Must provide valid passport and green card.

Non-U.S. Citizens: Must provide valid passport and travel visa.

What types of Payment Methods are accepted?

Booking a cabin requires either a Visa or Mastercard. We accept debit or credit cards upon booking. American Express cards are not accepted. 

Is there a Payment Plan offered?

 Yes, Love and Harmony does offer payment plan options. Payment plans  will be adjusted dependent on the reservation as the options will be determined according to the amount of months left until the final payment deadline date. When booking it is required to pay the minimum deposit per person (deposit varies on the type of cabin and number of guests in the cabin). 

All monies paid are non-refundable  as such we do recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

Is Travel Insurance Needed?

Travel insurance is not required. However, it is highly recommended. Travel insurance is to be purchased at the traveler’s discretion.

What is the final payment deadline?

Final payment due dates/ Deadlines will be listed on the individual confirmation email. Pending payments for ANY listed travelers will affect the cabin as a whole.
Payments due within the final month cannot be split (paid as partial payments), postponed, or extended. The reservation must be paid in full by the said Final Due Date, and only full payments may be made during this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.  Review LHC  Terms and Conditions.

How do I make changes to my reservation?

Any reservation changes must be requested via email to Info@loveandharmonycruise.com 

If you have any questions, you may also call our office at 1-800-225-8757 during our regular office hours. 

Changes will be subject to applicable fees. 

Can I upgrade or downgrade my cabin?

Upgrades are granted dependent on cabin availability. Downgrades are not permitted.

How do I request my cabin to be close to my group?

When requesting specific cabin accommodations, we suggest you call 1-800-225-8757. Accommodations do depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

I have special requirements, who do I speak to about that?

Requests for special requirements must be emailed to info@loveandharmonycruise.com or  contact us at 1-800-225-8757. Best efforts are made to accommodate your needs.

Is there an age requirement?

The minimum sailing age is 6 months old.

When should I plan to arrive and depart from Miami?

Departure: Monday March 3th, 2025 4:00 pm 

–  Boarding begins at 10:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm. You must arrive before 2:00 pm to board.

Arrival: Saturday, March 8th, 2025 7:00 am 

– Expect to be off the ship latest by 10:00 am.

How do I get my boarding pass?

Closer to the sailing date Love and Harmony will send an email that will provide additional information which will include check-in process instructions. Completing the pre-check-in process is necessary to obtain your boarding pass.

Full payment is required prior to obtaining boarding pass. 

How Do I Check in?

After processing your final cruise payment, you will receive your Ship Booking ID which will be used to complete the check-in process. The online check-in can be completed up to 3 days prior to the sailing date. If you have any problems finding your Ship Booking ID, you may contact Love and Harmony Cruise Support Team to provide it to you. 

Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 2 hours prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

How do I check my bags at the port?

You may print your Luggage Tags during the pre-check-in process. At the port you must drop off your luggage with the porters who will distribute accordingly. After leaving your luggage you must go through security with any carry on baggage.

What should I pack?

Closer to the sailing date you will receive this year’s itinerary. Keep an eye out as we do hold themed nights and events!  The recommended clothing to pack would be swimwear,  beach clothes, casual day clothes, club attire and formal dress for events such as Captains’ Ball. As  you may feel a breeze on the upper decks, we do also recommend packing a sweater or jacket for colder nights.

How do I purchase internet prior to or day of sailing?

Using your Ship Booking ID you will be able to purchase internet packages during the pre-check-in process. You will also be able to purchase internet while on board.  Pricing is subject to change.
