Terms and Conditions
Love and Harmony Cruise (herein referred to as LHC) is non-refundable once purchased. Upon booking your cruise, your initial deposit payment confirms that you and the travelers in the purchased cabin have read through, accepted, and agreed to this LHC Harmonizer Agreement. All Harmonizers are recommended to thoroughly review our Love and Harmony website (https://loveandharmonycruise.com/ ) before booking, whether booking with an agent or on their own through our online portal.
This agreement, under which LHC agrees to provide Harmonizers the Love and Harmony Cruise experience in return for your payment of the amounts indicated in your reservation confirmation, is legally binding. The primary traveler acknowledges and agrees they are responsible for accepting these Terms and Conditions with all travelers in their cabin or group and any traveler added into the cabin after the initial booking. The Primary Traveler or Cabin Sponsor understands it is their responsibility to hold passengers in their cabin accountable for upholding LHC’s standards. Parents of any minors traveling are also responsible for accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of said minor. This document contains limitations on your rights and is expected to be reviewed by all travelers.
If you make a reservation or payment for yourself and the members of your group, party, or traveling companions, you consent to the agreement on behalf of all members of your group or party and all traveling companions. This agreement is subject to change at any time after written notice of the change.
All pricing can be found on the pricing tab of our website. Pricing is subject to change and may increase as the sailing date approaches.
Cabin pricing is based on the Double Occupancy Minimum. Even if you are booking alone, clients are responsible for the total cabin cost outlined in their confirmation emails in United States dollars (USD). An overall fee of $379.00 per person ($758.00 based on double occupancy), which covers Taxes, Booking and Administration Fees, Port Charges, and Gratuities, will be applicable upon booking and prorated among the cabin’s payments. Cabin rates include stateroom accommodations, most meals (excluding Specialty Restaurants), onboard parties, concerts, and events produced by LHC. VIP and VVIP experiences, Shore Excursions, Drink Packages, Wi-Fi packages, or other items purchased explicitly through the cruise line are not included in the overall cost. Availability is subject to change, and cabins are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cabins cannot be held.
LHC does not offer single traveler or international discounted rates. Discounted rates cannot be applied after the booking has been finalized. Discounted rates cannot be rolled over, “stacked,” or transferred between clients. Please note that discounted minor rates will only apply if a child is accompanied by two adults or after the double occupancy rate has been applied. The minor rate would be discounted from the cabin’s base price. The maximum age requirement for the minor rate is 17 years of age. The discounted minor rate will not be applicable if said minor will be or be turning 18 onboard the cruise, even if the cruise was booked while they were a minor.
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.
The Stateroom Deposit is due upon booking the reservation. All monies paid are non-refundable. Per-person deposits will vary depending on the cabin you have selected and must be paid on one card (In full) upon booking for your reservation to be active. Partial deposits will not be accepted, and the cabin will only be active once the overall, cabin-specific deposit amount has been paid in full.
Deposit prices range as follows:
- $250 pp for Interior
- $300 pp for Oceanview
- $450 pp for Balcony
- $550 pp for Suites and up
Cabin Minimum Deposits range as follows:
- $500 for Interior
- $600 for Oceanview
- $900 for Balcony
- $1100 for Suites and up
All reservations require a full deposit based on your selected cabin class, due at the time of booking (see above). Individual monthly payments must be made according to the plan chosen. Monthly payments are mandatory and will be automatically deducted in accordance with said plan. All travelers are responsible for keeping track of their payments and understand that their final payment due date will be listed on their confirmation email. Pending payments for ANY listed travelers will affect the cabin as a whole.
Payments due within the final month cannot be split (paid as partial payments), postponed, or extended. The reservation must be paid in full by the said Final Due Date, and only full payments may be made during this time.
Payments one (1) day past due from the scheduled payment due date (previously approved by travelers and communicated by LHC, as mentioned above) will result in a Late Payment Fee of $150. Late Payment fees are automatically applied whenever a payment is late.
Room service hours of operation will vary depending on the cruise line. Room service surcharges and applicable fees will be subject to and at the discretion of the cruise line. Applicable gratuities and fees are subject to change and will be the traveler’s responsibility. LHC is not responsible for said surcharges or fees.
Fuel Surcharge: Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel, with a maximum of $10.00 per person daily. LHC is not responsible for said surcharges or fees.
Any travelers with remaining balances due to unpaid fees cannot sail.
All travelers must be added to the cabin/reservation upon booking. Should a traveler no longer be able to sail, it would be the remaining traveler’s responsibility to find a new traveler and pay the remaining balance as a whole. Name changes will result in a $150.00 Name Change Fee. Upon processing, this fee is applied to the cabin/reservation and levied per request. Name change fees are not applicable when adding in a traveler for the first time or when the addition is due to an upgrade to the cabin.
Changes must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org after the new traveler’s profile has been created at Loveandharmonycruise.com. All Travelers in the cabin/reservation must agree with Name Changes before the change can be processed.
Name Changes processed three months (90 days) before sailing will incur both the Name Change Fee and the Manifest Change fee (see below). LHC does not guarantee that requested changes will be made after said deadline.
Travelers added to the cabin/reservation due to an occupancy upgrade will be subject to the current rates when booking. Whether a traveler is added to the cabin as an upgrade or if the traveler is being added to the cabin/reservation after the booking was completed, these additions must be submitted via email to email@example.com, three months (90 days) prior to sailing. Before submitting the request, the new traveler’s profile must be created at Loveandharmonycruise.com. Travelers should double-check that they are not creating duplicate accounts. All travelers currently in the cabin/reservation must agree with traveler additions. Any travelers added after said date will be responsible for a Manifest Change fee of $150.00. Travelers will be responsible for the price difference and the Manifest Change fee if this change is requested due to a cabin occupancy upgrade after the deadline. All payments must be paid in full at that time.
Manifest Changes are those submitted once a cabin/reservation has been sent to the cruise line and added to the manifest. At that point, travelers will obtain a cruise line-specific Booking ID#. This is separate from your LHC Reservation ID#. A Manifest Fee of $150.00 is applicable when requesting changes must be submitted to the cruise line past the deadline of three months (90 days) before sailing. Please note, just because you do not have a Booking ID # available to you upon making the request, your information still needs to be sent to the cruise line. Such changes can include but are not limited to Name Changes, Passenger Additions, Cabin Upgrades, Etc. These requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may always upgrade your cabin, availability permitting. LHC does not permit cabin downgrades. Clients upgrading their cabin will be subject to the then-current rate for the upgrade. Upgrade requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com three months (90 days) before sailing. All travelers must agree, barring special occasions such as a surprise. Any fees associated with the cabin upgrade past the deadline date above will be charged in full upon processing.
LHC does not “transfer” or “rollover” credits or cabins.
However, should all parties be in agreement, a cabin can be transferred or sold at the traveler’s discretion by said traveler. LHC would confirm the cabin/reservation details with your potential buyer and process the change once all the original travelers have expressly authorized. Any discounts previously applied to the original travelers will not apply to new/ transferred travelers. Should you wish to sell your cabin, please email the request to firstname.lastname@example.org, cc’ing all current cabin travelers and potential buyers.
Please note, if you want to purchase a cabin from someone on social media, we recommend having the seller contact us via email, cc’ing all parties involved, before sending any money to potential sellers.
LHC is not responsible for reselling cabins, payment adjustments, refunds, or any complications arising from a cabin transfer or potential transfer.
Cabin transfers are subject to the applicable Name change and Manifest Change fees.
These changes must be submitted via email to email@example.com three months (90 days) before sailing.
All travelers are responsible for providing valid travel documentation to sail onboard LHC. This includes any related costs incurred to obtain the necessary documentation for entry into any countries visited and re-entry to your destination country. LHC will not be held responsible or liable should a traveler be unable to sail due to a lack of appropriate documentation. LHC recommends that all guests carry a valid passport for at least six months beyond the sailing date.

LHC strongly encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance. While LHC may recommend Travel Insurance Companies, any insurance purchased between our Harmonizers and said Insurance Provider would be at the traveler’s discretion and between the insurance provider and the traveler. Should a traveler choose not to purchase travel insurance from a recommended provider, we still encourage the purchase of insurance through an alternative source. Choosing not to purchase Travel Insurance is at the traveler’s discretion.
LHC strongly recommends that all passengers arrive the day or night before boarding to avoid any unforeseen travel complications hindering their arrival to the port on embarkation day during boarding hours. Please arrive during the promoted boarding times to ensure the travelers can check in and board. LHC will not be held liable or responsible should travelers be unable to sail due to unforeseen travel issues such as but not limited to flight delays, traffic jams, or accidents. Etc. Please board the ship on time to avoid the travelers being listed as No-shows and forfeiting all funds paid toward the trip. LHC will not be held liable nor assume responsibility for any unforeseen expenses arising from such an occurrence. Moreover, refunds or other compensations resulting from travel delays will not be issued.
Clients are responsible for all luggage with which they embark. Curbside porters can take luggage on board during embarkation at the pier. Luggage tags will be available during the pre-check-in process. It is the responsibility of all travelers to lock and tag their luggage accordingly. While onboard LHC, all luggage must be stored in the traveler’s stateroom. LHC will provide no additional storage. Any luggage left at the pier will be forwarded at the passenger’s expense.
Travelers may find and are encouraged to review the prohibited items list on the FAQs page of our website before sailing. Listed prohibited Items will not be allowed to be taken onboard. Travelers should know that luggage is subject to search and seizure during embarkation. Cruise Line reserves the right to have drug sniffer dogs at the port.
Claims for lost or damaged luggage must be made in writing to the cruise line debarkation personnel before leaving the port. LHC does not assume responsibility and shall not be held liable for any confiscated items, loss of property, or damage to your checked-in and carry-on luggage.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) provide guidelines regarding the necessary vaccinations needed to travel. Cruise lines reserve the right to deny boarding to any person entering their third trimester (27th week) of pregnancy. All passengers must be medically, mentally, and physically fit for travel. By booking a cabin onboard, you agree that all travelers in said cabin/reservation are fit to travel. Should a traveler require a wheelchair-accessible cabin, medical, physical, or additional assistance during the cruise, LHC must be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before booking. Failure to advise LHC before booking may result in the lack of necessary accommodation while onboard. LHC only guarantees some requests can be accommodated due to cabin/ cruise limitations. LHC advises travelers to sail at their discretion and will not be held liable for unforeseen health complications due to poor judgment or planning.
Travelers assume all risks associated with travel/transportation onboard LHC and at any port of call visited while sailing with LHC. Travelers understand that medical attention may be delayed or limited on board and at any port of call. Travelers understand that medical care or evacuation may not be available while at sea. LHC does not assume responsibility for the costs of emergency medical attention and shall be reimbursed by the traveler should LHC incur any charges for emergency medical attention.
Solicitation or vending is not allowed during your time onboard LHC. Anyone violating this policy will have any unauthorized merchandise confiscated and will be forced to disembark at the next port of call at said traveler’s expense. In the case where disembarkation is not available, LHC reserves the right to detain travelers who violate this policy until such a time when disembarkation is available. LHC will not be held liable nor assume responsibility for any unforeseen expenses arising from such an occurrence. Refunds and/or any other compensations resulting from the removal of the offending individual will not be provided, nor will they be the responsibility of LHC. For information on sponsoring or partnering with LHC, please visit our partner’s page here https://loveandharmonycruise.com/partners/.
Travelers may only smoke in areas marked “Designated Smoking Areas.” Travelers are reminded to safely dispose of refuse/ash caused by smoking in the said area and must never throw cigarette butts, cigars, pipe tobacco, or any other trash overboard. Travelers are aware that smoking is prohibited in staterooms, including balconies. This includes the use of Electronic or E-cigarettes and Vape Pens. Violating smoking policies will result in a $500.00 fine to be paid to the cruise line. Should a guest fail to comply with the outlined smoking policies, LHC and the Cruise Line reserve the right to remove the violator from the cruise ship at the next port of call. In the case where disembarkation is not available, LHC and the Cruise Line reserve the right to detain travelers who violate this policy until such a time when disembarkation is available. LHC will not be held liable nor assume responsibility for any unforeseen expenses arising from such an occurrence. Refunds and/or any other compensations resulting from the removal of the offending individual will not be provided, nor will they be the responsibility of LHC. LHC will not assume responsibility for any fines imposed by the Cruise line for anyone smoking in non-designated areas.

LHC reserves the right, at any time, to change the cruise itinerary whenever advisable or necessary. Such changes shall not constitute a cancellation. In the event of a change to the itinerary, LHC will NOT be responsible for any loss or expenses caused by this change.
Right to Change Artists
LHC reserves the right to change any Artists initially scheduled to perform onboard our Cruises. Refunds will not be granted to travelers due to such changes.
LHC does not assume responsibility should a contracted Artist be unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to illness, personal issues, flight, or transportation delays.
Travelers assume sole responsibility for their safety on board and in any port of call. LHC encourages all travelers to use their discernment and act with discretion while traveling. Primary Travelers assume responsibility for and agree that LHC assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any loss of property, damage, injury, loss of life, or delay to your person or property and party.
LHC has a zero-tolerance policy regarding using, possessing, purchasing, or distributing any illegal controlled substances while traveling onboard any of our cruises. Any policy violation will result in immediate disembarkation from the vessel and the individuals being turned over to the local law enforcement officials for appropriate legal action. Any policy violation can result in immediate disembarkation from the vessel and the individuals being turned over to local law enforcement officials for appropriate legal action. In the case where immediate disembarkation is not available, LHC reserves the right to detain travelers who violate this policy until such a time when disembarkation is available. LHC will not be held liable nor assume responsibility for any unforeseen expenses arising from such an occurrence. All transactions are final. Monies paid toward LHC are non-refundable and cannot be credited to a future year. LHC encourages travelers to obtain travel insurance if they are unable to sail.
LHC reserves the right to cancel reservations at our discretion. Cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not processed lightly. Inactive reservations, which reflect sixty (60) days past due on payment, will cancel the cabin due to non-payment and the forfeiture of all funds previously paid towards said reservation. This excludes the final payment deadline date on your individual payment plan. The last payment due in a cabin payment plan must be paid on time to avoid cabin cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the cabin will be released back into inventory. LHC sets up automatic payments to prevent such occurrences. All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.
In the instance of a natural disaster that causes the postponement and cancellation of any LHC sailing dates, the client is aware that all funds paid towards LHC are still non-refundable. Natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, and pandemics, will not warrant a refund. In the event of Non-Natural Disasters, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, or stoppage of labor for whatever causes or any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of LHC, LHC may cancel, advance, or postpone any scheduled sailing or port of call and may substitute another vessel should it be necessary. Neither LHC nor the Cruise line shall be liable for any loss to passengers because of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution.
LHC and the Cruise line can refuse passage to anyone deemed unfit to travel or a danger to themselves or others. LHC assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs resulting from refusing any traveler’s passage. This includes but is not limited to lodging and transportation costs (whether it be ground or airfare). Such costs would be the responsibility of the person refused.
Should an error be found on your LHC receipts and statements, we ask you to contact Info@loveandharmonycruise.com or call our office at 305-438-9488 at your earliest convenience to review and adjust accordingly. Please do not contact your bank or credit card company to reverse charges. As reversing charges can appear as fraud claims, travelers who initiate these claims can and will be subject to cancellation of the entire reservation, affecting all travelers in the cabin without refund. LHC will not be held liable for any expenses arising due to such occurrences. LHC reserves the right to red-flag such clients and bar them from future sailings. Applicable chargeback fees will also be levied.
Travelers understand that under these terms and conditions, they hold limited liability. In consideration of participating and attending LHC, you voluntarily assume all risks.
